D. Bronze Wheat penny with two dates. 1944 and 1943 no mint mark. Coin weighs 3.11 grams and does not stick to a magnet. And i think it could be a double die as well. Would appreciate if you could look at and give me your feed back on it. Thank you Jerry Everhart MSG# (707) 246-6889

We spend a LOT of back and forth studying this coin and numerous photos. It is undoubtedly a 1944 regular issue coin. To the degree that you see other dates visible in untraditional spots on the coin, it may be damaged or modified in some manner. I'm sure of this.
