D. One quarter has a hump in the center it’s like it has something inside the middle of the quarter and the other quarter is a good bit thicker than a normal quarter and is not as big around as a normal quarter and it caused it to not finish all the details in the center of the coin and they were printed this way not altered after being made

Most likely one was tapped or rolled so the reeding flattened out, which adds no value; and the other was used for target practice. Wondering if the smooth-edged one has a slightly lower diameter, which is what would be expected. It's looking like you have fifty cents here!
