D. Usually I can find existing error coins that I have found on line...cut coins, cuds, off center coins...after extensive searches, I am unable to find this quarter anywhere. I want to know if I found something unique in this circulated laundry mat quarter :0)

This coin-and I suspect it's the case with the best majority of so-called error coins you find--not an error coin. It's just heavily worn. The fact that you found it in a laundromat suggest that maybe It made a few rounds in the dryer before it was found.
