That's better. This is 500 grains of sterling silver, and has a market value of $13.48 at today's silver spot price of $13.99 per ounce. Sterling, however, does not trade at the same rate as .999 fine, and you have a small amount, so you'll find it a challenge to get more than $10; we can pay you the full value in the interest of meeting a new client, and you'll do best if you have other things to sell at the same time, such as jewelry.
