D. As u can see I have a 1985 quarter that has a indented star on it now I can't find this error on any coin ever and was curious what it is worth as a one of a kind. Thank you for ur time in this

That's because it's not an error. It's a star. One that somebody added to the quarter with a mallet and a punch. if you read through the answers posted on this website, you will see a number of other one-of-a-kind coins with different things punched into them at various times.
