D. I am not a coin collector, don't have any knowledge about them. Going through my spare change I noticed this mark on the eagles chest. Wonder if it's an error at printing.

Well the first thing I'll share is that in 4O+ years I've never found a rarity in change. And your coin looks like it has a gouge, post- mint damage. If you're into it, try to read up and get to the biggest show you can!
