D. This penny is obviously errored. I can’t tell exactly what year it’s even supposed to be, I think 2 different years are stamped on it. Any help with what this is worth or even what kinda errors this is considered would be much appreciated. I put it next to a normal penny for size scale.

If it's so obvious, you'll have to tell us more about it. Because all I see is damage. To recreate this effect, put two together and squeeze with a vise or hit with a hammer. Voila.
