D. I have 2 1982 pennies and 3 1983 pennies im not sure if they are rare or not, could u please help me out thanks in advance

In historic terms 1982 is not that long ago. I graduated from high school and the mint switched from copper to zinc. Your coins are common and you can spend them in good health.
