Kevin I took a second look. This is a Byzantine gold solidus, issued in the East Roman Empire after the fall of the West. The accompanying card has a good attribution, so I think you want to know value and options for selling.
With a high gold purity, your coin has intrinsic value, and also numismatic value. It's a difficult piece to sell because it is a niche item. The condition is "very fine" which not mint state--we can see significant wear. But it is not a "problem coin" with significant damage or cleaning evident. (Never clean a collectible coin!).
The retail value of this coin is $250-275 You can...
1 Look for a local dealer. A reputable dealer should offer close, or more than, the gold value, which is a couple hundred dollars.
2. Sell online, eBay has similar listings. This means taking a little risk and paying perhaps 15% in fees.
3. Find an auctioneer. They may require a minimum of $5000 in material to list, and the fees are greater and it can take 4 months for settlement and payment.
4. Consign or sell to us, we can find a buyer or make an offer.
Good luck!

Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.
