Online Appraisal

D. 2000 D South Carolina State Quarter. I began collecting coins as a hobby for about a year now and found this quarter that could be a multiple error coin. I've researched these errors on state quarters and thus far I've come across a few possibilities. An improperly annealed planchet error. The dulled flat appearance and a trail like appearance on the devices resembles such error. Doubled die error on both Obverse and reverse. The devices have a weakened appearance so this could also be machine doubling. Partial collar strike error. the edge has narrowing and widening along with what appears to be clad slightly spilling over the edge in a few areas. Also has a railroad track appearance. The reeds and the both clad edges are at the same level all the way around the coin. No spooning appearance. And heat from a clothes drier doesn't give the same appearance nor does a coin dipped in acid show the same damage. Ive gotten these replies from many. Also online replies from so called experts having given me an answer but fail to give an explanation as to how they came to their conclusion. I'm aware a could be mistaken. Some type of explanation would give me more knowledge which I'd greatly appreciate. Thank you for your time.
