D. Fairly new at collecting coins but I noticed this Penny does not have a rim and I'm not sure if it's been placed on a dime plank it it's definitely the exact same size and thickness of a dime like I said I just don't know I tried to take a picture of the back side but I'm really not good at stuff like this but anyways thank you

Definitely not. Looks altered after the mint. We are clear in not handling these.
