D. I believe it to be a restrike please look at it very good I keep haveing people tell me that I don’t but if you loook at the cow on the back there are 4 sets of wars and on the top of the cows head it looks like another cows head appears and under the date on the back it looks like under it that the date repets and that Wisconsin also is doubles please agin take a very good look at it for me
