D. I do not know the M.S. of this penny, however, it is very clean with minimal blemishes and crisp borders. A possible error( strike through or die clash) on obverse located just above the bow tie. A curious line runs vertical just east of Adam's apple which seems to correspond to reverse lettering. A 2nd possible error is on the reverse. At the large O in one cent and at the AM in America, the lettering appears thicker than normal and as if it is fading away when the surrounding letters seem normal. A 3rd possible error is also on the reverse. At the bottom east of the east side wheat stalk, there seems to be a lump of extra metal with a crack traveling south west.

The spots on the back will hold it back from a Mint State designation. I see nothing here to suggest this coin is worth more than a dollar.
