We kindly ask you to limit your request to ONE item, preferably with images of both sides. We specialize in items that are older and of some historic importance. Please include photos of both sides if possible.

Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.

D. Double stamp penny

So many people are passing of nonsense as error coins, but here you seem to have a genuinely good one. I would price this at $50-60 if I were selling it. My one reservation is I don't see the date in the photo, but that's not a problem, just a little more desirable.

D. 70+ years old coin

I'm not sure this is a coin, it looks more like a medal, and the holes suggest it was used in jewelry or as part of an article of clothing. It's a neat piece, I'd price it at $3-$5 if I were selling it.

D. 1999 nickle,2-1975 dimes no mint mark,1958 cent .can you give me a estament on these items please.to sell .

I don't think you're going to get a "buyer" for these coins, as they are pretty close to face value. 1958 is the last year they made wheat cents, so it is a common one. But keep searching for treasure!

D. Marcus Aurelius circa 166-167AD Backside of woman holding cornucopia

My focus is more on U.S. and world coins than ancients, but this one appears authentic and in nice condition. I'd say it would retail in the $20-30 range!

D. 2002P lousianna quarter caught my eye because on its side no visible copper, weighs 5.8 grams and is slightly magnetic. Pretty sure it's not a silver proof because it would have aS mint mark. Any ideas ?

Edge appearance varies, this is likely a regular quarter. Doubt it's ferrogmagnetic, can you pick it up with the magnet? Otherwise probably your imagination. Sorry! Revised: I would love to see this. That you can lift it with a magnet is odd. It could be real but that's unusual. Or coated with iron which is also unusual.

D. 1964 D Lincoln wheat penny

I pay $100,000 for Lincoln wheat pennies. Yours is a face-value memorial.

D. I can see part of Jefferson hair

You'd see more if it hadn't fallen victim to a bench grinder.
