Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. D. 1875 U.S. Trade Dollar, 420 grain 900 fine, Pretty good condition, no major damage damage spots, detail still fair, edges not too bad, dies have the " S" mark on for series. I know they go from 100- thousands. I am starting to get an appraisal to see if it is worth selling or waiting longer to gain value.
The "S" is for San Francisco, where it was minted. More commonly they are worth $75-150. Except in cases like yours, where they are counterfeit. Sorry!

This may qualify as brilliant uncirculated. I would value it at $300!
D. 1919 penny with the L on the edge. I understand this may be valuable, as it was a misprint.
I think you are seeing the "E" of the "E Pluribus Unum." Not every mark from damage and wear is a mint error, it's just an old cent! It's common, worth under a dollar.
D. Error coins from 1940 to 1996 and a star note very low serial number this is just a few I have about 100 coins all together from 1897 to 1982 and have a couple silver certificates. I would love a price estimate please and thank you.
No errors evident in the coins. The star note is not very low, but nice, figure $3 to 5.
D. From what I can see this is a 1993 nickle that was stuck extremely hard raising the rim on both sides and shrinking the diameter of the coin.
The nickel was not struck this way. Someone did this after it went into circulation.
