We kindly ask you to limit your request to ONE item, preferably with images of both sides. We specialize in items that are older and of some historic importance. Please include photos of both sides if possible.

We may use your appraisal on our site as reference for others with the same item(s). We'll never display your personal information and will remove all sensitive information from your submission. Please contact us for a private appraisal. View our privacy policy.

Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.

D. 1954 s bIe eeror

ble eeror, is that Gaelic? Your coin is either damaged or shows a minor cud. Neither add much value.

D. 1999 p dime. I think it's a unicorn. I have been looking for weeks & can't find anything like it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Not believing much in unicorns, I rather think it is sporting post-mint damage. It could be a die cap error but seems too deformed for that. Not seeing value here.

D. 1941 dime full band

Full band is a term reserved for uncirculated specimens. As yours is more like extra fine, it's just worth a couple dollars, mostly for the silver.

D. 1973 D dime HUGE ERROR

Whatever error you imagine is obscured by post-mint damage.

D. Cheerios sacagawea dollar coin year 2000

Did you actually find it in an original Cheerios box from the period? In the absence of that we would tend to assume it's the more common variety released into circulation.

D. I know it’s a penny looks like part of Lincoln is there but nothing else could you tell me about it and about how old plus how rare it might be? Value?

Looks like an unstruck planchet. The mint gives them out periodically for free, so I can't tell you it's worth very much.

D. 1975 no mint mark dime

No mint mark means Philadelphia. It's common. Read our postings on the 1975 proof, likely you are confusing with that.
