D. Getting 2 appraisal. I had coinfully do one it came in at 53,000.

In the grades shown, the retail price of the 1881-S is $165 and the 1900-O is $115. A dealer worth their salt will pay you about 60-70% of that. Did you ask Coinfully if they would pay you $53,000? Because if they do, I have a few others available.

D. The edge of the bill on one side is longer than other 1953 $5bill

Because it has a poor cut. If you can get $10 for this you're a coin dealer; $15, a skilled one.

D. Just a small amount of the coin collection I have I'm looking for a price estimate and also I would like to sell

These are low grade/damaged coins. Worth a few bucks at best. If you have better material or silver we'd love to see them in person.

D. 2007 P george washington dollar coin and in very good condition

Presidential dollars from circulation are just dollars!

D. Coins added

This is a common date liberty nickel, condition good details, kind of a nasty spot, you might GENTLY remove it with a little dish detergent and warm water, don't scrub. It's worth about a dollar.

D. Coin collection

This is an old Italian copper coin, I can't make out the exact attribution, looks like late 1700s or 1800s. It's not worth much, perhaps retail $3 to $5.

D. I have these and many more that I know have errors on some of them I think

I think not. You might have minor varieties with circulation wear. This looks like a regular bicentennial quarter worth 25 cents.
