Questions and Answers

Q. I inherited a significant coin and stamp collection from my father. I'd like to bring it all somewhere for appraisal and selling, but it's easily several thousand coins and not the easiest to move around. I started documenting them in a spreadsheet, but barely scratched the surface after several hours.Any advice?

Kenny, I would not waste too much time analyzing it. If you call me at 914-649-3317 I can help you tailor a plan for maximizing revenue. Or tell me how to reach you. Many coins get grouped and it does not necessarily matter what date or many mark they are. You can organize them by denomination, e.g., put all the dimes together, but honestly, the less you handle them the better.
