We kindly ask you to limit your request to ONE item, preferably with images of both sides. We specialize in items that are older and of some historic importance. Please include photos of both sides if possible.

We may use your appraisal on our site as reference for others with the same item(s). We'll never display your personal information and will remove all sensitive information from your submission. Please contact us for a private appraisal. View our privacy policy.

Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.

D. wheat pennies from1917d-1971 an a Kennedy half dollar 1776-1976 error coil “d filled

Well, that's slightly better. If you have a wheat cent (there are no U.S. "pennies" for real) dated after 1958, I'll pay you $10,000 for it. You don't. Your wheat cents are worth two cents up to 1958; the Lincolns after that are spendable. Not sure what you are saying about that half, but it's a bicentennial you can spend.

D. Error?

No. Post-mint shenanigans.

D. Morgan silver dollar 1885

This is a circulate specimen of a common date. $20-22 would be a fair value.

D. 1989 and 2009 1oz silver walking liberty dollars

American silver eagles were made as bullion products to compete with Canadian Maple Leafs and other mint rounds. As such, all you have to to do determine value is look up the spot price of silver which, as I write this, is about $22 per piece.

D. 2016 D flat clad edge

A "tapper" describe elsewhere on my site a couple times. No real value besides face value.

D. This is a hopefully one of a kind the 9 has squeezed in it the 8 inner top circle is. Still filled with copper the date and the D are doubled. And there a mark between the 1 and the D

Every coin, if you look close enough, is one of a kind. In this case, there are several hundred million that are very similar.

D. Okay the 9 is cracked like a broke dolls face and othe marks

For the zillionth time, we don't do minor modern varieties.

D. 1940 penny no mint mark no errors

Philadelphia mint. Just a common cent, worth a few cents.
