Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. D. 1985 d nickle no obverse side
Someone ground it off... so maybe it's worth 2 and a half cents...
D. I have a $5 bill with red letters and numbers from 1963 and I have a $1 star note
Both of these are likely very close to face value. I'm sure they are common.
D. Two dimes major mint error
More like someone ran over it with heavy machinery repeatedly.
D. 1969 S Jefferson nickel. DD DATE & on mint mark.
Ordinary nickel.
D. 1944 wheat penny has obstruction across coin seems to be when it was stamped.
Unremarkable damage.
D. It's a 1998 quarter that is brown on both sides and the eagle looks like it's ready to fly!
If you're lucky it will fly away. (Quarters are mostly copper and can oxidize this color.)
D. I know this is a very unique error coin. Please fill me in on what I have here exactly. I'm interested in selling it since I'm broke.

D. Mint 1971 not circulated 1939 and I don't know what's wrong with his silver
Both of these show circulation wear, especially the quarter. The half dollar is just fifty cents. The quarter is silver and worth $4.
