Submit An Item For Free Appraisal

We kindly ask you to limit your request to ONE item, preferably with images of both sides. We specialize in items that are older and of some historic importance. Please include photos of both sides if possible.

We may use your appraisal on our site as reference for others with the same item(s). We'll never display your personal information and will remove all sensitive information from your submission. Please contact us for a private appraisal. View our privacy policy.

Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.

D. Almost complete set of wheat cents 1909 to 1958

Most attempts at completing wheat cents are nearly complete. The problem is, many of the holes are worth more than the common ones present put together. We buy these for a few dollars in this condition.

D. 1942 no mint number are not the same size and the Liberty L is in border

Not sure if there is a question here... this common cent is close to face value.

D. Are any of these items valua??

It's not a pretty bunch. There's an interesting indian cent token in the middle. All told you have $40 of value here, mostly in the silver.

D. Coins and bills. Do you take these? Thanks

All the time! You have a lot there. Do you wish to sell? Many of the bills and coins are close to face value, even though old they are common. Pre-1965 silver is worth more; for instance, a half dollar would be more like $8. The foreign stuff is devalued and falls in the "take what you can get" category. I have customers for it all and it adds up!

D. What’s this 1983 silver penny worth?

It's zinc and it's just a cent.

D. Is there any special value to this coin?

No, all State Quarters are essentially face value.

D. 1953 Half Dollar

$8-10 for this Franklin Half dollar.
