D. 1992 quarter with damage. Unsure if after or during mint

Definitely after. And definitely not '92. Spend!

D. 1987 quarter. Unsure of damage

Damage is so severe it looks like almost like a 1992. Not that it matters, anything after 1964 is just face value.

D. Don't know much about it

This is a damaged cent worth face value. DISCLAIMER (The fine print): We have answered your question about this coin despise the fact that it may not have met the qualifications for our complementary appraisals as explained in our FAQs. We ask collectors, before submitting queries, that they first consult our posted tutorials and prior posted questions and answers. D. 1953 D/D FS-501 XF/AU details with some scratches. Some luster by liberty. Wondering how much a coin like this is worth. Please let me know by emailing me! Thank you and have a nice day!

As stated on our site, we don't do much with minor varieties, which more commonly than not are misidentified by novices and often worthless in circulated grades. And scratches/damage kill value fast. Sorry!

D. 1829 turban head $5 gold half eagle

This is a contender for the worst condition coin I've ever seen. If it's gold it has a scrap value of about $500. But it looks counterfeit.

D. Need information

This is essentially a damaged quarter, worth face value. If you go to the top of our home page at hvcoins.com, you can click on "what it's worth" and "recent questions" to read all about common coins you are likely to find in change, and what it really means to find an "error coin." D. Silver tetradrachm 425-415 bc. Alexander the great. Lion headdress. Chariot race I believe and Nike the god of victory..

Believe it or not, I was at the Athens Numismatic Museum today and saw these! Yours is nice, looks like $250-300. Authentication in person needed.

D. 1921 silver dollar with 5 on it

1921 Morgans are among the least popular with collectors as this last year yielded great mintage numbers and the dies were generally weak and muddled in their design. Yours looks particularly nice; I'd have to see it in person, as it looks almost suspiciously nice and I'd want to verify authenticity. If real it could be mint state 64-65, with the value around 35 or $40.

D. says liberty 1936 5 cents

It's a common date buffalo nickel worth about a dollar.

D. 1965 penny … missing parts of words on back … also no mint mark

No mark means Philadelphia. This is a "safe to spend" cent. It's just face value. Additionally...
