Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.
Photo Criteria: Acceptable photo formats are gif, jpg, and png and no larger than 15 MB. If you are using an iPhone, make sure that the photo is not set to LIVE, as this format will be not be uploaded.

D. Victoria gothic crown British coin not sure of the date of it
How cool is that! Not Gothic, but it looks like you have an 1847 British Crown. The condition is rough, it looks like it had a past cleaning. I'd say it's worth a couple hundred dollars. My conservative estimate of value is $250, would love to see it in person if you're in the NYC region anytime soon! Marc

D. All silver coins with white penny and 1914 barber silver dime
Dimes are worth $1.50. Quarters, $3.75. Spend the cent.
D. It is an Indian head nickel, but everywhere says there was a date at one point, but that it got “rubbed off” over time. You can clearly see where the word “Liberty” used to be, but there is no other faded word on the coin so it was never printed with a date regardless of what people on the internet say lol. I’ve included pictures of both sides so you can understand better what I am talking about.
Actually an old "Buffalo" nickel. Collectors like dates on their coins.
