D. I have these two coins and was very curious as to value

They are altered or damaged and have no significant value.

D. Star note,trinary,sequential

I'm seeing $100 bills with no appreciable premium.

D. 1976-1776 quarter dollar with doubling on right hand

Four to the dollar. Please read our tutorials.

D. 1956 5 cent nickel with decent steps

"Decent' is not a recognized grade. You have a nickel. The steps aren't even evident on the right side.

D. 1919 1cent

Under a dollar.

D. Hey I’m a little far from you guys. Just curious on what you guys would offer for this in icg. Thanks.

I'd probably be at $1. Now I realize Mr. Hutto might be an important person to some and the Greysheet value of this coin in this grade is supposed to be $900, but I can't buy into the hype over collectible slabs and high grade moderns. You're supposed to buy the coin and not the holder. ICG is in my mind a fine company but doesn't command the respect of NGC and PCGS. Many millions of this coin were minted and there have to be tons of high grade ones out there in mint sets. I apologize if this is...

D. 2009 Lincoln Bicentennial penny, 2009 Birth and Early Childhood Penny. Weighs 3.1 grams, found in circulation.

These are popular coins, but we treat those found in circulation as face value.

D. Die break

Technically, you may be right. When the die breaks off an you have a chip missing you get a raised mound like this called a "cud." So what's it worth... I'd ask $20 and put it in a nice holder. But the coin has wear and it's not the most dramatic of errors, so get what you can!

D. Paint marks

I see a black crescent that might be ink from bank processing, and a couple green specks that could be from production. Honestly if you can get $110 for this take the money and run.
