Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. D. Mercury dime
That's it? Mercury dimes are 2.5 grams, 90% silver, the rest mostly copper. Have close to two bucks of silver in them. 1916-D is the key date.
D. 1964 Nickel with D mint on back side. I have two of these and noticed someone selling them on ebay for $195 a piece. Is it actually worth that?
If they were actually selling them then you wouldn't see it listed would you. I see them listed on eBay for $675 but that does not mean they're selling them on eBay for that kind of money. The highest sale of an uncertified 1964D nickel that I could see a record of an eBay was an accepted offer of less than $15. And that was probably too high. So the answer is no, it's not at all worth it.
D. This 5 cents is weird look at line close thay are coming off the letters
Martian antennas? Staple gouges? It's likely post-mint damage.
D. this is the other one i have. it does not appear altered. even under 130x magnification. you can see the grain like pattern running through it. Thanks for your quick response on the america on the line. This one is a 2000 D if that helps.
I've seen "struck through grease" errors with similar weak features; beyond that it's a mystery!
D. Multiple strike errors.
I have an Oreo that looks like that. I do not know of any minting processes that would lead to such an appearance.

You have six cents from the Philadelphia mint.
D. 1900 Morgan silver dollar misprint or error
Not a misprint. Not an error. This is a "counter stamp." I collect them. Done perhaps by a merchant foe some reason. In this case not much bearing on the value, $20-25.
