We kindly ask you to limit your request to ONE item, preferably with images of both sides. We specialize in items that are older and of some historic importance. Please include photos of both sides if possible.

We may use your appraisal on our site as reference for others with the same item(s). We'll never display your personal information and will remove all sensitive information from your submission. Please contact us for a private appraisal. View our privacy policy.

Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.

Photo Criteria: Acceptable photo formats are gif, jpg, and png and no larger than 15 MB. If you are using an iPhone, make sure that the photo is not set to LIVE, as this format will be not be uploaded.

Get accurate information on your own collection from a true numismatist.

D. (1) 1899 Mexican un centavo coin

This could be a key date worth $100 or more, it requires verification.

D. Ancient coins 1626 and 6119

One photo is hard to see. The other looks counterfeit. It could be a Chinese tourist token worth $20, but we’d have to see it in person.

D. 1970 S s over d

Can’t really identify this coin as you haven’t shown the rest of it or indicated denomination. I suggest you read our FAQs before submitting, as a circulated modern it would likely be regarded as face value.

D. Greek

It's in rough shape, may be worth $10-20.

D. 1976 s clad proof on the left 1976 s 40% silver business on the right Possible value of each

You can spend the clad coins, they are worth face value. I would not assume the one on the right is silver, it’s probably face value too, unless it came from a government proof or mint set, in which case it’s worth four dollars. They made all of these in high numbers.

D. Centennaire Eterna Matic gold watch

If it has a gold marking such as 14 karat, it’s worth a couple hundred dollars. If it’s gold filled or plated it’s probably worth $25 retail if it’s in running working order.

D. 1915D silver certificate. Seems to be misprinted or misaligned

It's 1935-D. It's a poor cut, but not poor enough to be an error. We sell these for $2-3.
