D. 1943 Quarter there’s no mint mark I cannot locate it on the coin. The condition looks very old but can still read the words
There is no mint mark, if there had been it would have been at the bottom of the reverse under the eagle. This means it was minted in Philadelphia. This coin is silver and worth about $4.
D. It is a 2014 Colorado quarter
I'm not sure what was done to it, but the changes to this coin most likely are damage that took place after it left the mint. If you can get 25 cents out of this coin you're doing well.
D. So I just wanted to see if this is worth anything the z'S on it look to perfect to be written by a person and if you look close at the one z it looks like it was on paper before the little 50 were printed on the paper
They do look printed but it begs the question, "so what," anyone could have produced this using a printer or a stamp. It's nothing that the treasury would do, as far as I can tell.
D. Serial number 00091100 was wondering if it's worth anything
Not anything beyond face value. This isn't really low enough to be a low or "fancy" serial number.
D. This Rare, 1962 Ben Franklin half dollar is practically completely double die. There are FBLs on the Bell. There is nice toning around the coin up against the rim.
Elizabeth, a little lesson here. No significant doubling is visible. "FBL" means "full bell lines." In fact I can't see a single line from your photo. The nice toning is overshadowed by scratches. Your half is worth about six dollars, mostly due to the silver content.

The only mystery here is how this coin was damaged in this fashion. Just a cent or two in value.
