D. 1865 seated silver dollar

That's a nice coin! Shame it's not real.

D. 1921 Peace Dollar. PCGS at a 67 grade places the coin at 147,000. What are your thoughts.

My thoughts are this: you have a $30 coin. This is not a peace dollar. This is a Morgan dollar. They switched types this year. Also, you do not have a mint state 67, you have an extra fine 40. I recommend you stop reading about coins on the Internet and buy a copy of the Red Book, Read the ANA standards guide, attend coin show or join a club, and then you'll learn what things are really worth.

D. 1984 p looks like double mint not sure and copper in finish

The technical term for what you have is a "dime." It's a double nickel.

D. I've been seeing this "ghost comet" error and am wondering how to identify.

No idea what you are talking about. Suggest you read our FAQS.

D. Morgan dollars 1879,1881,1884,1886,1890,1890,1899,1921 s and o mints

Hard to say not knowing which mint marks go with which dates, but these probably total $150-200 in total value.

D. 1958 DDO Penny ungraded

Ungraded, it's just a cent. Grading would cost more than its value.

D. 1962 Franklin Half dollar not graded uncirculated

$7 for the silver within. Many remain.
