D. 1982 p quarter looks off center words in 'LIBERTY' touch rim

This is less than one percent off-center. No added value.

D. 1951 S wheat penny. Mint mark error? I’m a beginner so take it easy on me.

OK I'll try to be gentle. In order for error coins to be of real value, and I say this a lot on this site, they should be dramatic errors on coins that have little circulation. Your con has minor uniqueness and is well circulated. As such there's no added value that I see. Actually the five seems to be filled more than the mint mark. This could also result from wear and soiling.

D. so this coin is curious. haven't found the same one online. I was wondering if you could tell me exactly what it's worth. looks like maybe there was some error when it was struck. there were other years with similar obverse design on some sites, but the values varied greatly. feel free to also call me at 845-662-9810 and leave a message if I don't answer.

AN interesting find indeed. The 960 rwish Brazilian silver coin from 1810 is struck on old Spanish milled dollars, popularly known as The father of pieces of eight. So why do this and leave yourself such a weird denomination? Out of respect for England, they used the coin preferred for international trade. While it's very old, many have survived and your coin, if real, has a price tag between $25 and $50 in its present condition.

D. The eagle has no details in the head and other parts look like there's no details

Larry when coins gets circulated and handled over time causes the details to soften and disappear. This coin is worth its face value.

D. this is a 1999 U.S. penny that's the size of a nickel and is terribly warped and discolored. it's not stretched cause all the words and images are just fine and it's the same thickness all the way thru

Well I can't quite agree with your description. It seems quite distorted. I cannot tell whether this is an actual coin that has been mangled or a reproduction of some kind. I'm confident it does not have a lot of value.

D. Looks like a penny in the back

Looks like part of some kind of magicians prop. It was modified for entertainment value.

D. I was curious about a smooth edge 1989 D quarter that i found years ago in my change jar.Thank you for your time.

Reeded coins often develop smooth edges over time from the circulation, machines, or intentional alteration. So that leaves us with a quarter.

D. Silver dollar

Bicentennial eisenhowers are copper nickel not silver. As such the coin is worth face value.
