Q. Serial numbers 11638847-11638850 Are they worth more than face value due to the double digits?

Serial numbers of WHAT? What double digits? Need to see pics.

Q. Do You do Coin errors?..I have a Tuskegee Airmen 2021 Quarter that has a few Errors on IT! I Want to Know WHAT'S IT WORTH?

no, you don't.

Q. Hello. I’m new to learning about coinage and inherited a bunch recently. My first question is the worth of a 1910 s $10 gold Indian head. None of my coins are graded. Which leads me to my next question is there a reputable place I can get my coins graded that doesn’t require me to ship them off somewhere? Also how do I tell a mint error from a post min error? I have no idea how to tell fraudulent coins from real either.

Your eagle is most likely worth around $1,000. I would not recommend third party grading (i.e., certified holder) without discussing your coins with a dealer to see if they merit the expense and wait. An A.N.A. trained professional such as myself can tell you grades. You mean post mint damage. 99.5% of the error inquiries we get are in error themselves: post mint damage mistaken for errors. I suggest you forget errors for now, unless you inherited labeled ones. You won't be lik...

Q. Are the vintage Winchester fishing reels worth anything?? I have a model #1212 winchester fishing reel and would like to know if it's worth selling

This is the sort of thing that is perfect for eBay or Craigslist. It depends a lot on condition, it could be worth $25 or more in mint condition; but it's probably not a big ticket item. Our focus is coins and jewelry. Marc

Q. I am a novice coin collector and have a question about the 2017 first "P" Lincoln cents. I know a lot were produced, but not a lot really graded. Would it be worth to invest in a higher grade , like a ms 69 ? They are not cheap and very few out there. I did some of the mspl ones too. I also collected the 2019-W, first W in MS70, FDI, Bass signed Thanks.

I would never grade a coin that common, or pay for one in a holder. I use grading for rare coins that might otherwise be counterfeit; or coins that are very valuable and have a big jump in value, like one that goes from $1,000 to $4,000 in MS63 v. 64. I can't think of a bigger waste of money than holdering modern coins made in huge numbers. The reason many aren't graded is that it's not a smart move. You could take the same money and buy a whole roll! And holders take up room, too. There, you ha...

Q. I have a series of uncirculated silver certificates dating 1935. Would this be something you could appraise?

If truly uncirculated they are worth about $5 each retail. But I would need to see them to concur in that condition.

Q. Have a2003 Illinois state quater with error on the reverse side but unable to upload pic on your web

You don’t need to. 1. It’s not an error. 2. Even if it is it’s just a quarter. PLEASE read our FAQs and submission criteria before submitting anything else.

Q. 1863 nickle any value?

Should be very valuable, as they didn't start making them until 1866!
