4. Appraisal Records and How Long We Keep Them
We keep a copy of each appraisal on file for one year from the date it is issued, so that we can answer follow-up questions, provide you with a duplicate copy, or issue a revision if new information about the item comes to light.
After one year we are under no obligation to retain the appraisal or the images submitted with it, and records may be deleted as part of routine housekeeping. If you would like us to hold a record longer than one year, let us know and we will make a note of it.
Website analytics and server logs are kept for a shorter period and are not linked to individual appraisal records.
