Okay, I have to ask: just how important is this coin to us? Given the level of mutilation, no matter what date and variety, you'd have to return it to the treasury to get a cent out of it. I can't answer your question because the photo resolution is too low. But please, feel free to not submit a better photo, this coin is frightening to anyone who loves coins!
