Not really an error, as manufacturing tolerances were low then. It has significant wear and is not really rare. It's a "get what you can" bill, I might price $15 at a show. You can look it up in the PMG price guide, figure what they have it listed as in good.
Hello, I have a 1921 Philippines 2 Peso Bill that nobody seems to know what to appraise it for. It has 2 distinct things that stick out and make it worth more. 1. It is a Premium Radar Note. The Serial is B36763B. 2. The bill has a thicker border on the left side. This is some type of error. My uncle brought it back with him from the war. They are scarce bills and this one was made at the Philippines National Bank. Thank yiu!
