With the ink damage and significant wear, these are worth more than face value, but not a lot more. The $500 bills are $600-700, the $1,000 bill is perhaps $1,200-1,300. I would love to make an in-person offer on these if you are interested. As for the $1 silver certificate, give it to a kid to get him off the cell phone!
