Most proof sets are worth somewhat more than their intrinsic value. If you want a rough value, for copper-nickel sets like those, double the face value. Those sets have about a dollar in change, a dealer will probably pay you two dollars and try to make a small profit. Coinflation gives the value of silver proof sets. You can find proof and mint set price guides on the Internet but they tend to have higher values than what you'll find in real markets.
