It's quite beautiful and interesting. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I can't really put a price on this. I sometimes pay twice face value ($10 here) for oddities, would have to see in person.

Found this bill in till after farmers market. Never seen an “art bill” like this. Some security features such as $5 watermark visible. Assuming this has been altered by chemical exposure, but also curious if it is a misprint or mechanical printing error. Also the back speaks for itself. Thanks!
