This looks like a Greek owl tetradrachm, minted between 500 B.C. and 50 B.C. Now, it might not be real, they are heavily counterfeited. Yours has been polished, which reduces value. It could be worth two or three hundred dollars if authentic; a dealer specializing in ancients could help you determine the authenticity.
