Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.

D. Silver Caracalla coin 3rd century. Obverse has a Roman deity facing right with wings, holding wreath in right hand and rod in left hand. Online search did not show a single coin with this particular obverse scene. Thank you for your time.

Let's start with this: There is nothing rare about it. These are bullion coins and have no premium as coins. They weigh 1.2 troy ounces, so at today's market rates you have $2,800 of gold. Given the lofty height of gold and market spreads, you'd do well to get $2,600 or more.
D. 1974 no mint Mark penny
Nothing about this suggests more than face value.
D. 1976 mint mark D with stamped liberty bell and USA map. Has metal coating not copper colored.
A third party company stamps these and sells in full sets. A dollar at my table. Definitely copper.

D. The "Y" in liberty in very light. The whole word LIBERTY is on the rim. IN GOD WE TRUSTYou can hardly see the "I" at all. It's almost like it is just a big N. The "1" in "1966" looks like an "I" and the whole year is on the rim and large. On the back "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" looks to be double died and there is a significant error in the "UNI" in United and and slight error in some other letters and it is on the rim. There is a mark by the eagles foot almost looking like like a third foot. "...
