Submit An Item For Free Appraisal

We kindly ask you to limit your request to ONE item, preferably with images of both sides. We specialize in items that are older and of some historic importance. Please include photos of both sides if possible.

We may use your appraisal on our site as reference for others with the same item(s). We'll never display your personal information and will remove all sensitive information from your submission. Please contact us for a private appraisal. View our privacy policy.

Most inquiries we get are about circulated coins made after 1971, and/or coins where people mistake post-mint damage and wear for "errors". You can expect us to affirm these are face value. We ask that before you write and submit such questions, to PLEASE first read through our existing postings and our "what it's worth" primers.

D. 1900 Morgan silver dollar miss struck

I've seen this. It's not mis-struck, it's counterstamped. $25-30, if you can find a buyer who collects them (like I do).

D. 1983 d penny weighs 3.12 granms have 2

It can't with that date. It has to weight 2.5. But looks like it might have been altered.

D. Bronze Wheat penny with two dates. 1944 and 1943 no mint mark. Coin weighs 3.11 grams and does not stick to a magnet. And i think it could be a double die as well. Would appreciate if you could look at and give me your feed back on it. Thank you Jerry Everhart MSG# (707) 246-6889

We spend a LOT of back and forth studying this coin and numerous photos. It is undoubtedly a 1944 regular issue coin. To the degree that you see other dates visible in untraditional spots on the coin, it may be damaged or modified in some manner. I'm sure of this.

D. 1969s not dd ,possible floating roof,

Floating roof... that's a new one to me! Flood waters rising, put it in the bank! I don't think you have a rarity here.

D. 1931-S Lincoln Cent

Fishy. The third rarest date but I suspect not real. We could certify it to find out but that's pricey for this coin.
